Determinant Variables of Logistic Management in Micro and Small Enterprises

The present research aims to identify the differences and similarities that may exist between variables associated with logistics management of business organizations based on their size. For this, a comparison was made 992 companies in Ecuador, where four types were represented: micro, small, medium large, proportion structure composition country’s presents. results showed, by applying hypothesis test verify equality means, existence statistically significant levels analysis administrative functions, supply processes, storage, production, distribution reverse logistics. It shown degree development activity is very limited micro small companies. Therefore, body knowledge methodological instruments available for administration must be adapted caution when them context organizations.
